Chick Atkins serves as a principal of Atkins Companies bringing more than four decades of experience to the role. He is responsible for the oversight of the firm’s office, residential and retail projects in various phases of development including entitlement, management and leasing. Chick’s specialization in the development, acquisition and management of medical office properties has positioned him as an expert, often sharing his insights as a speaker or panelist at national medical office symposiums.

Active in his community, he has served for years as committee chairman for the annual fundraising bike ride of Vacamas Programs for Youth, a charity that provides summer camp and after-school programs for at-risk local youth. In 2002, he and his brother, Bob, were recipients of the Gold Medallion Award by B'nai B'rith International recognizing their outstanding community service.

Chick is a graduate of the University of Virginia-McIntyre School of Commerce.
