Bringing a creative approach and unique ability to source investment opportunities in this highly competitive sector, Cory’s expertise has positioned him as a trusted real estate partner to the area’s most prominent regional healthcare systems and physician practices, including RWJBarnabas Health, Atlantic Health, Summit Health and Rothman Orthopaedics. Under Cory’s leadership, the firm has significantly increased its market position closing well over $500 million in acquisition, development and disposition deals.

Cory specializes in development, investment, financing and property management. He is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of New Jersey.

Cory earned a bachelor’s in business administration in real estate and risk management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s School of Business.
