Atkins Companies Acquires 150,000-Square-Foot Fair Lawn, NJ Medical/Professional Office Building
Firm brings property to 100% occupancy upon acquisition
Fair Lawn, N.J. (February 10, 2025) – Atkins Companies, a leading multigenerational commercial real estate development, investment and property management firm, has acquired a 150,000-square-foot medical/professional office building located at 17-17 Route 208 in Fair Lawn, New Jersey for $22M.
Upon the acquisition, Atkins Companies immediately filled the previous vacancy, signing a 6,000-square-foot expansion with current tenant Gottlieb & Greenspan, LLC, a healthcare reimbursement law firm, and a new 4,600-square-foot lease with SportsCare Physical Therapy, bringing the property to full occupancy.
17-17 Route 208 is a three-story, 150,000-square-foot Class-A office building strategically located in central Bergen County near Routes 4 and 17 and the Garden State Parkway. The building is anchored by a newly built-out Summit Health multispecialty hub currently totaling 78,000 square feet.

CBRE’s Jeffery Dunne, Doug Rodio, Travis Langer and Dan Blumenkrantz, in collaboration with Brannan Knott and Chris Bodnar of CBRE’s U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets team, brokered the sale. Peapack Private Bank & Trust provided financing.
